GoldMember Cigars collects information about our customers for the sole purpose of the services provided by GoldMember Cigars. We do not share or sell your information with any other 3rd party company, service, person, or entity for any reason EXCEPT for the sole purpose of verifying your identity and age verification.
We are required by law and FDA not sell our products/services to any person that is less than twenty-one (21) years old. We may use a non-affiliated third-party services for identity/age verification of our users. If we are not able to verify your identity/age through services, we may typically request a copy of your government issued driver’s license or ID card or other government ID that can help us verify your date of birth. Age verification can also be provided in person at one of our events / POS systems.
Our services and products are directed only to persons to be 21 years of age or older. Do not attempt to create an account and/or provide any personal information to us if you are under 21 years of age. We do not currently sell our products and/or services outside the United States.
By using our websites, mobile, and other electronic applications (or by your use of any of our programs, content, materials, functionality) or by providing information to us in other ways, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
